The Prodigy - US Promos

ABOUT THE US PROMOS

The Prodigy have had two major US licencees. First Elektra during the Eperience era. The last single to be released by Elektra was the much sought after Wind it Up with the extra US remixes by Tony Garcia and Guido Osorio. However they issued a promo for No Good in '94 altho it was never commercially released by them. When Jilted was released XL had a deal with Mute Records who distributed The Prodigy's releases to the states. They issued promos for Poison, Voodoo People and probably Firestarter and Breathe since both of those were released commercially by Mute. The Mute release of Breathe was rapidly withdrawn since The Prodigy signed with Maverick in time for the release of FOTL. Maverick really turned up the promo issuing and as Firestarter and Breathe were re-released by Maverick several different promos were issued. After that more promos of FOTL and SMBU followed.
